We are seeking a Marketing Automations Specialist / CRM Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who understands the power of automation, data-driven insights, and CRM strategy.
You will design, implement, and manage marketing automation workflows, optimize CRM processes, and ensure smooth integration between marketing and sales operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about leveraging technology to deliver personalized customer experiences and measurable growth.
✅ Manage and optimize the company’s CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
✅ Build, test, and execute automation workflows for lead nurturing, scoring, and segmentation
✅ Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to align CRM data with campaign goals
✅ Develop and maintain email campaigns with personalization, A/B testing, and tracking
✅ Monitor and analyze customer data to improve retention & engagement
✅ Ensure CRM data integrity (accurate, up-to-date, compliant)
✅ Provide regular reports on performance, conversion, and ROI
✅ Research and recommend new CRM and automation tools
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
📊 2–4+ years of proven experience in CRM management & automation
🛠️ Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp
📧 Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices & lead nurturing
📈 Proficiency with Google Analytics & CRM dashboards
🤝 Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
🤖 Familiarity with AI-driven automation (plus point)
